PIGGYPAY
Privacy & account data
PiggyPay helps property teams track reservations, payment schedules and recorded payments. This page describes the information handled by the application and how to request help with your account.
Information in a workspace
A property workspace contains guest names, stay dates, booking sources, amounts and currencies, recorded payment entries, internal notes and files uploaded by the property team. Account information includes the email address, assigned property and access role.
Access and integrations
Workspace access is assigned by the PiggyPay Director. The application uses Supabase for account authentication, database records and file storage, and Vercel for hosting. If a property connects Google Calendar, payment schedule information is sent to its connected calendar. Configured email reminders use the recipients selected for the property.
Browser storage
The application uses browser storage to maintain sign-in sessions and the selected workspace. In preview mode, demonstration records are stored in the same browser. Signing out clears the stored sign-in session.
Corrections and account requests
Contact your property administrator or the PiggyPay Director through your existing support contact for questions about access, corrections, retention or deletion of your information. Reversing a payment or archiving a reservation preserves its history for the property’s audit records.
Do not upload information that your property does not need for reservation and payment administration.
